Can i change the fuse number 41 with the fuse 42 in the front fuse box

Suddenly the car stop working so i change the fuse number 41 and 42 by each other ,the car work again but with high voice an then stop again

IF the fuse in 41 is the exact same size as 42.
You can NOT put a 20 amp fuse in a 15 amp fuse position safely. It will work, but may not pop if there is a problem.
Also, if you changed them and the vehicle started to work, than the fuse in one of them has broken. You need to replace it with a new fuse.
Replace it with the SAME SIZE. Not a larger one.
