Hi there. The most common problem is the throttle body. Buy throttle body cleaner and spray on rag. Using a long nose pliers wrap the rag and clean the throttle from dirt while you hold wide open. Next disconnect the battery and wait 1min. to delete the computer memory. Reconnect the battery and drive for 10 minutes with ac on. At this point the computer will learn the new idle speed.
    Good luck

Throttle position sensor could be the problem
Emmission control parts
You mentioned idler cable
Well there may be a second idler control cable
Some vehicles come with a double cable adjustment
The second adjustment is right above the gas pedal
Turning screw
Alternator giving out not producing charge needed
But overall if your cars idle bogs down the likely culprit is your ac bout to go out
The bearings in compressor wear out so it pulls more on the engine
In turn bringing rpm's down
Your car needs routine maintenance
Ac is an expensive repair so i suggest bypass belt till you can pay to have it fixed

Testimonial: "Thanks for the reply i'll check all the suggested cause of idle problem..."

SOURCE: 2004 hyundai accent. trouble filling gas tank

The fill tube for the fuel tank is either clogged with something or the anti-siphon feature (what stops people from stealing your gas) is fouled up. The tank and fill tube have to be inspected.

SOURCE: rough idle hyundai accent

Hi, how many miles are on the vehicle? First thing would be a tune up. Then from there it could be a lot of things. dirty fuel injectors etc. Start with the easy stuff like tune up and fuel additive and progress from there.
Thanks,
Lee

SOURCE: hyundai accent 2004 when air conditioner is on and

If the idle sounds low you may need to clean the throttlebody or check the idle air control valve, this valve should raise the idle a little when the ac is on to avoid a low idle and possible stall. the other thing is to scan computer for any codes to see if it is misfirng , this can be caused by a bad plug or wire.

Adjust a Hyundai Accent carburator

That model has a throttle body. You can only adjust the idle rpm. You may need to clean the throttle body by spraying throttle body cleaner into the throttle body with car running. Watch video

Auto repair

Engine mounts control the engine movement but it may be because the idle rpm is too low. Most of these cars idle at 950 -1000 rpms.

How can I adjust the rpm's on a 2004 Hyundai XG350L

You can not adjust rpm's, it is controlled by the engine computer. if you idle is not right, either your throttle position sensor is not right, or your idle air control is malfunctioning, although there can be numerous other causes for erratic idle (vacuum leaks, throttle body or air filter needs servicing, etc.).

Rough idle

I took mine in to change the plugs and they said there are four O2 sensors in the fuel mixture system and two were bad. I didn't replace them since they were a little pricey ($500 to replace both) and I have 103,000 on the car. Has very similar roughness and occasional oscillations, but no stalling. Hope this helps.
