Since it is a dealer only part - not that I know of.
There are some dealers with online parts stores, and there's always a salvage yard.

Changed both tanks in my 90 F-250 4x4 last year. Get a repair manual Haynes or Chilton, for $20 or so online or at parts store. I have both which have good diagrams and tips for gas tank replacement and everything else. Some big parts store chains have some of this info online.
Gas is to $$$$$ to leak any, besides, you don't want to blow up when someone throws a cigarette under your truck.. good luck, countrycurt0
