Bot high beams and passenger low beam on and dim. Drive side low works. Drive side high works but passenger side high and low on and dim

The usual cause is a bad ground.
Check the ground with a test lamp.

Sounds like you need to look for a bad ground for the passenger headlight.

bad connection or bad earth check all connection or bulb

I would check for the groundwire continuity

The high beam continues to work on both sides...I pulled the Driverside headlamp fuse and then both left and right beams lit up but very dim.

Sounds to me like you have a short in the wiring. Check with a multimeter all of your grounds and power when high beams are on

Remove bulb connections and check for corrosion, same with fuses.

run an auxilaery ground to eliminatet that from your equation...

check the comnnection on bulb

pinched/cut wire farther from the headlight socket.

May have also blown a fuse or damaged a relay.

Check the fuse for the passenger side.It is under the hood. it may not be making good contact. wiggle it a little bit and see if it makes any difference. if not, check where the the ground wires are connected to the chasis. See if thats not the problem.
