I checked the fuses and the battery and I also checked to see if there were any wires not connected. I just know the fan comes on when i try to start the car . My thoughts was the engine control module or a fuse .
Hi Mate
Don't think to deep about the engine control module its highly unlikely, Check the battery connections are tight and confirm the battery voltage It would be best to connect a boost/jump battery
to confirm its not a simple low voltage battery, Dont rely on measuring the battery with a volt meter it could show 12v but under load will drop to below 9 and cause a non start

I am assuming that the engine won't even turn over. could be lots of different things. The simplist is to make sure the car in in PARK , won't start if not. Other things could be , Security imobilizer if you have one. Does your key have a electronic chip in it ? Try your other set of keys if you have one. Check if battery connections are clean and tight.
