Get a set of hinge pins and bushings. There is a tool that you can get at harbor freight or tool king for removing the bushings. I use a floor jack and a 4x4 block of wood to support the door. you will need a spring compressor to remove the door "hold" spring. Once you have that removed, you can use a brass drift or similar rod to tap the pins out. once they are out the door will be resting on the wood. I use heater hose to wedge between the fender and the door to prevent dents and scratches. tap out the bushings. ever so gently tap in the replacements. apply a generous helping of white grease to the bushing and pin. line up the door and insert the pins. you may have to apply an ever so light amount of tapping pressure on the pins to set them final. reinstall the door spring and lube the joints with white grease. be proud of yourself as your just saved a **** load of money.
