I tried unlocking the button on the door...doesn t work.. only the drivers side window works.. i don t know what a pioneer is..that is not my model it is a lexus rx 330 2003 is the year. yes yas a cd player ..
Try using a fault scanner to reset the program after the battery change.

Did you change or unhook the battery? If so, the power windows can be reset. I believe this is in the manual as well.
reset passenger window by running it down all the way. then run it up and continue to hold the switch up for ~3 seconds after the window is all the way up. that should reset it so it works from the driver's side controls.
I was able to reset the rear windows the same way (I did flip the child lock on the door as well).
