Tried replacing fuel pump, spark plugs and catalytic converter and water pump. If I use premium gas, it much better but still does it a little bit
Check all your sensors.. I had a 2002 Chevy s10 and had the same issue and turned out to be a iffy TPS or Throttle Position Sensor.
The hesitation could be caused by your auto transmission. I'd check the fluid level first and smell it for a (strong) burnt odor. The fluid's color should be a sort of transparant reddish color. if the fluid is dark or brown, then there's a good chance of a severe tranny problem.
However, a fluid & filter change could also fix the problem.

I would check the transmission fluid level. Sounds like the fluid level is low.I hope this helps

Change the fuel filter again and if you have fuel injectors, you need to get them sleaned....I believe some of those oil one stop service places will do it. If you have a carb, you need to blow it out....but change that filter....maybe even a few more times if you had that stuff come out the first time.

I would say do a tune up like spark plugs and spark plug wires.

either you have a fuel pump that went out, or your fuel pump relay went. These fuel pumps last around 100,000 miles, so if you're way under that, it's more than likely the relay, if you're close to that, it could be either.
