how about posting make and model etc ,most cars have maybe a couple 10 mm bolts holding the plastic cover or phillps screw , look it it it , you will see , sometims they have little plastic buttons that you have to take off ,

you have wheel bearings failing
the random abs light is the rotor for the sensor touching the sensor head because the wheels are loose on the shaft

you could pull the fuse disabling th anti theft totally.. not sure that would work though

In most cases this problem is caused by the rotating ribbon circuit contact under the steering wheel having a broken filament, the part is known as a clock spring contact, u will need to properly disarm the airbag and remove the steering wheel to access the part. WARNING: Failure to disarm the airbag system can result in an unexpected Airbag deployment and possible serious personnel injury disconnect the battery 30 minutes prior to start of work.

Try looking at the center of the dash, go down towards the floor, right at the floor level, remove the kick cover, and you should see the module located there, it is silver and held in place with three screws. Hope this helps, let me know
