Check Cable on Negative on battery, Is it draining battery, Charge it up from under hood posts! Then get IBS cable on ebay, Alot cheaper than $300plus at Bmw, and will need a $60 and $30 cable that plugs on new one, got those from Bmw to make sure correct ones, old cable on car discontinued. (wires built into ibs new ones a plug in). Car starts fine now and no battery drain.

2006 750li bmw cranks but no start. How to fix this problem.Cleared codes but theft code keeps cumin back can someone help me.

If the theft code keeps coming back on it is the vehicle will not start. The vehicle thinks someone is trying to steal it so it won't let it start. I would suggest you get a good mobile Auto Electrician look at it. They may be able to solve the issue and clear the code causing the problem.

Need to know what p1188 is to diy er

SAE Code P1188 DTC Code 17596 Description Linear 02 Sensor / Compensator Resistor Short to ground SAE Code P1189 DTC Code 17597 Description Linear 02 Sensor / Compensator Resistor Short to B+ SAE Code P0170 DTC Code 16554 Description Fuel Trim, Bank1 Malfunction

Basically you need a new oxygen sensor, The fuel trim code is from the computer trying to adjust the fuel/Air mixture to compensate for the bad signal from the sensor. Just change the one closer to the engine, the one behind the Catalytic converter will thow a different code when it fails.
