Where is AC charging port on 2004 Olds Silhouette?

I might be wrong, but I believe it is in the low pressure line going to the A/C compressor right between the radiator and the engine between the two cooling fans.

Where do I add freon in a 2003 buick century?

This job requires special tools and training, it is VERY easy to get hurt badly. It is illegal to not recover any refrigerant in many parts of the world. I suggest that this job be performed at a qualified shop.
Refrigerant goes in the low pressure port.

Follow hose from compressor or firewall & look for a valve sticking out with a plastic cap on it. Low side is the bigger diameter hose & piping.

Ac not cold

Add about half of the 2nd can. Look on hood or radiator support to find the sticker that tells you how much the ac can hold.
