Replaced distributer cap & rotor
It could be to much air, not enough fuel. Or to much fuel, not enough air. Most likely the first, unless you notice a lot of black smoke when accelerating. Check engine light on? Also could be the catalytic converter/s. Have the codes read. repost.
It the ignition coil inside the distributor. I have the same problem with my 2000 Nissan Quest. After I replace the distributor, my car runs great now.
