Where is the starter relay on a 94 Honda Accord

Sometimes 94 Accord EX will not start. Turn key and it just "clicks." Dash lights come on so power is there. Cycle ignition a couple of times and it fires right up. Yesterday it started fine and when I shut off the ignition switch the starter re-engaged. When I turned key back to "run" position the starter disengaged. I had to disconnect battery and then turn off ignition to make it stop. With key out of ignition I re-connected battery and starter still engaged. Starter obviously works, but is there a relay or solenoid that is faulty?

Yes, it sounds like your solenoid is bad and staying engaged against the flywheel, you could do an amperage draw and a voltage drop test to find out for sure, but you will need an DVOM and a amp clamp. Or you could take it into an auto parts store and they will test it for free. Hope this helps.

I have a 96 Honda Accord EX. Key on all dash lights come on. Turn the key to start and no response. What do I need to look for? Battery checks OK

Have you cleaned the battery terminals? You may also have a sticking starter selonoid. Tap it lightly with a screwdriver handle or small wooden mallet. If this doesn't work you may have to replace the starter after cleaning all the starter connections. It could also be the starter relay. Have it checked out first. Good luck!

1994 Honda Accord will not start when you turn the ignition.

Here a check list;

1) Try in Neutral and Park. Make sure the transmission cutoff switch is not the problem.
2) Turn on the lights and try the starter. Do the lights dims ? If not no current is going to the starter. Turn off lights.
3) Do you hear a clicking sound from the starter ?' If yes give the starter solenoid several sharp hit with a hammer. The solenoid may be sticking. The starter will have to be replaced in a few days. This will only work for a few times.
4) If you do not hear a clicking sound from the starter then look for the starter relay. I think it's located under the dash. Make sure the wires are connected and the relay works. I believe it clicks also.
If that ok then
5) Look at the fusible link. This is usually under the hood in a box. Sometimes they melt or the contacts get corroded.
