My power windows on passenger side of my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee won't work. What could be the problem?

Power windows and locks work on the drivers side, but on the passenger side the windows do not operate the front and back windows and locks.

It is possible that they are frozen by cold weather. If you live in a cold climate you should check that first. If your Jeep is subjected to the harsh climate and not garaged that could be the problem. If that is not the case you should check all fuses.
