So I have tried to start it multiple times and when it should start the all lights start flashing and it makes a clicking noise. The drivers side door window also when down a few inches and it won't go back up. The radio also won't turn on and idk whats wrong with it. Is it a starter issue or a battery issue? Or something entirely different? The car was working perfectly yesterday and theres only a little over 60,000 miles on the car. I'm going to give it 30 mins and try to start it again. Any help would be greatly appreciated happy thanksgiving by the way.
Start at the simplest solution (Answer 5). You probably just left a light on, and ask your car needs is a jump start. If even the radio lights are of, your battery is really dead, so you may need to stay plugged to the other car for a few minutes before the jump will work.
It's also cold, and batteries are weaker in the cold, so it's possible that your battery was already old/tired, so now its failing.
You may need to replace your battery. They are wear items, and need replacing every few years. Autozone (and likely other similar shops) will test your battery for free.

Sounds like a faulty starter , the clicking is very common with a starter problem, hope this helps

You need to charge your battery up more. Either get a battery charger or leave the jumper cables hooked up for a longer period of time.
Your battery was probably completely dead. You might even need a new battery...they really don't like to be completely drained.

inside the mechanical lock (The part that actualy holds the door shut when you close it) there is a switch that informs the control unit that the lock is either locked or unlocked.
These switches fail sometimes, when this happens the control unit is not aware that you have opened the door, and therefor will not wind the window down slightly.
This is also likely to be the cause of problem # 3 , door will not lock. I fthe faulty switch is not informing the control unit that the door is closed, the central locking will not try to lock the door (because it thinks the door is still open).
The switch is integral with the lock unit, and they are not easy things to replace either.
as for the wipers and engine fault, there could be a number of different possible faults here, would have to be looked at.

When you try and start the vehicle does all the lights and radio and stuff go off? And does the starter make any weird noises when you try and start it? I would go to the parts store and ask them to check your battery if you can drive it there. lol..........they will be happy to check it out for you. Still acts like it could be a battery issue.

can you hear the motor trying to work the window? A fairly common problem is the window regulator breaks. this is the cable operated lifting mechanism that raises the window, when it breaks you can hear the motor winding away, accompanied by a faint clunking noise as the motor tries to operate the mechanism. They are quite difficult to replace.
if you cannot hear the motor working (also assuming all your other windows do work) then either to motor is faulty or there is no power to the motor. the wiring inside the rubber boot that goes from the car to the door (by the door hinges) is prone to breaking due to the constant flexing back and fourth as the door is opened and closed. switches can also fail, you may be able to swap the drivers/passengers switches around if they are identical for testing.

it sounds to me the wire harness in the driver door //its the rubber
hose that runs from the door to the door jam pull the rubber apart
and you will find a break in one if not more of the wires just splice
the wires and tape them and put the rubber back.
