Diagnostic aids:
a vacuum restriction to the map sensor--a skewed map sensor reading can cause the PCM to read an incorrect MAP change during the EGR flow test
an engine that is running poorly due to mechanical condition such as worn piston rings, ect. can cause low engine vacuum thus EGR flow test will fail
excessif backpressure of the exhaust system can cause P0401
exhaust system leak can cause an insufficient amount of EGR flow
a restriction in the intake manifold such as carbon deposit and casting flash.
SOURCE: Service engine code indicates EGR valve.
You could have a restriction in the egr ports. remove the valve. Plug the holes, start engine. 1 hole will be blowing out exhaust, the other will have large vacuum.

I have the same car and if the gas cap is loos for any reason the service engine light will come on so check that. If it is it will turn off in a few days after you tighten it.

The error that I'm showing for error code P1133 is
P1133 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1(Rear Bank). I would suggest having both of your Oxygen Sensors replaced if you haven't already had that done. Hope this helps. Thanks for an honest rating and for using FixYa.
SOURCE: po452 trouble code changed sensor engine light
you might try unhooking the battiey for 20min both + and - posties cuz that will force the computor to have to resest only if you have addressied the fuel pressure problem which taht would most likly be your filter which isn't all that much
SOURCE: Service engine soon light is flashing
When the light comes on without flashing, it just means an emissions problem, when it starts to flash it has become more serious. I suspect that there was an error putting the plugs and or wires. That computer can determine if there is a misfire and it will put out a P040X, code where X represents which cylinder is the problem. This will help you not have to take each one apart. If there are more than one, check each number.
Ex. P0401 means there is misfire on cylinder number 1
P0400 is a random misfire detected.
If you take it to an Advance or Autozone they will usually scan if for free.
By the way, if you used cheap plugs instead of platinum plugs that could do it too.
Hope this helps.
