Do you have any codes? Go to Autozone and have them pull the codes (write them down) for you (free).
Do you experience 'no power'? you car may be in 'limp mode' (ECU capping boost and power).
Could be you have a boost leak (code would say 'negative boost deviation')
Could be your turbo died.

the best thing for you to do is go to your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your car or if you going to keep the car for a while it best to buy one i have one for all of my cars wish you the best of luck Michigan Man

Replaced turbo, now smoking

you need to talk with some one at Audi or someone who does Imports repair but it sounds as if there is something wrong with the Turbo you can also stop by your library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your car Merry Christmas & Happy New Year as always wish you the best of luck Michigan Man

Turbocharger around 950 Euro for Audi 1.8 T, and around 975 Euro for Audi 1.9 TDI. Manual labour costs around 80 ... 100 Euro. Please Rate my Response! Thanks!

AUDI A4 - BAD TURBO - REPLACEMENT COSTS????

My guess on two turbos would be $6000.  Is there a local place that rebuilds turbos?

v v t turbo fitted to that,the vains will have become stuck try freeing them off if you carnt its a new turbo !
