Many possibilities for that, its an 03, the channel could be stuck, the motor could have gone bad, the switch could have gone bad, a fuse or a relay could have gone bad. Your best bet is to look if the channel is clean and nothing is stuck there then look for a faulty fuse, and if that is okay then you can check if the switch is bad, by swapping it out with an aftermarket or a part from the junkyard, next comes the electric motor for the seat.

the computer knows that input data from a system has a problem,so disconnecting the battery will not help.
that is the procedure for working on it so that the airbags do not deploy.
a code scanner will tell you which part of the system,including a seatbelt latch,tensioner, or seat position sensor is defective.

'03 Cadillac CTS 105,000 miles. Car shifts hard when speeding up, it also jolts when slowing down around 5-15 mph.. Car also shuts off while driving. It is completely dead right now. There is a coolant...

I think based on the symptoms you need a transmission overhaul.

Airbag light is on in my cts cadillac 2005 , and even with a passenger is sitting the passenger airbag is always off , best solutions without paying money ?

This may not necessarily be a passenger situation, much more common to be the drivers side....

This error will have a code associated with it, you need that to know the next step. A common problem is with the connections under the drivers seat. this seat moves automatically, and the connections seem to generate a low resistance, and then trip a code failure....

Whatever the code tells you, disconnect and reconnect all connections, on that circuit.

Remember that the air bag testing happens on power on, so to retest, you have to power off and restart..
