Fuels are ok key won,t open
Spray the lock cylinder with WD40, work the key in and out several times, then before you try to turn it put the key in the cylinder and rap the head of the key with the handle of a screwdriver a few times, then try to turn your key.

You may want to just remove fuze #28 under the hood...for about 30 seconds...reboots the bcm and it corrected my Aztek's ills.

Fuse #14 is for REAR auxillary power outlet (in cargo area). This is located in the INSIDE fuse box to the left of and under the glovebox (to the left of the front passenger's feet).
Fuse #32 is for FRONT Power Outlets/cigarette lighter//Lights, OnStar® Fuse 32 is under the hood in the ENGINE AREA fuse box located in the compartment just above the battery.DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MANUAL to make sure that your fuses are the same. I have a 2003 Rendezvous. Your newer model may be different. The diagrams for each fuse box can be found inside the lids of the compartments.

The best way to solve this is too have a look if the fuse has blown neither one will operate the rear hatch so my guess is yes the fuse 1st then try it the inside of the panel itself or owners Manuel should tell you which fuse # to look at first
