Battery is new we tried to jump it and it wouldnt turn over . It would barely crank then nothing but a click. Put in neutral and same thing.
I'd have to check the actual voltage reading at your starter, with key in the crank position. Any testing at the starter, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and the parking brake is set.
Some the national brand autostore will test the starter for free, if you take it off and take it to them. For a no load test, you can take starter off, lay it on the ground, hook up jumper cables properly from charged up battery to starter. The starter should kick out the drive gear, where applicable, and spin. If it won't even spin with no load, you know the starter has a problem. I'd still have to be sure the battery has a full charge and battery connections are good. The engine isn't trying to seize?
Sounds like starter motor given your slow to no turnover, I assume your new battery has full charge, if not, check with meter, it may be a defective battery, or another issue with connections, did you clean cable connections when you put in new battery? I assume your engine was running properly before battery change and is not partially seized due to overheating or low oil.
Good luck,

Sounds like a basic bad battery. Even though its not that old it can be bad....and probably under warranty. Immobilizer or starter will not cause that. Get the bat tested.
Only other thing is called a "parasitic draw". This is when something is drawing current from the battery when its supposed to be off. Usually this causes a totally dead battery, not a weak one like you have.

clicking usually sounds like a starter sometiimes when they start going bad it gets stuck that's why u only hear clicking, try tapping it with a steel bar or something it worked for me wen my car was doing that, and what u mentioned about the battery it might be that is not holding charge even if u try jump starting it

First thing is to check is the ignition fuse/relay under the hood for a blown fuse or bad relay. If everything is ok then set parking brake with truck in park/netural and have someone to turn the ignition over to start and at the same time use a test light to check for fire at the starter solenoid. If no fire then the ignition switch or netural switch on transmission is causing the problem. If you do have power to the starter solenoid then the problem would be either the solenoid or the starter drive locked up on the flywheel. Be sure to remove the negative wire from the battery if you need to remove the starter. Hope this will help you.

Ignition relay or fuse could be the problem. When you turn the key to start do you hear a fuel pump kicking on and or do you have spark when you hot wire the starter (I know it's hard to check while trying to start it)? You can email me back and I might be able to pinpoint it more.

yes cleaned battery erminals, and yes it is fully charged. When I turn the key I hear it try to barely turn once then only click. The lights all work but, the stereo and door locks go on and off.
For quick check, if you don't have a meter to determine if battery is not defective, as in, you have to have 12.5V reading which is in normal range while not running, if no meter, then put on headlights, if they are bright, then crank and see if they dim a little or a lot, this will demonstrate that starter is pulling too many amps, and probably bad. If no dimming of lights occur, then you may have connection problem at starter, check cables as they can be corroded or loose.
