When I turn the key the starter will not turn, turn key off and try to start again and it will usally turn the starter. sometime I will have to do this two or three times, other times it starts the first time. I have noticed a click noise that I have found comming from what looks like the computer. After the click it starts right up. Is this a relay problem?

You have a bad starter, the solenoid and the starter drive are both going bad don't look for other problems until you fix the starter. I hope this helps. Take Care.
Now you must check the starter. The large cable going to the starter supplies 12+ volts. The small wire supplies 12 volts when the key is turned to the start position. Using a volt meter or 12V test light check for voltage at the small wire when the key is turned to start. If 12 volts are now present and your engine grounds are good then the starter is bad. You can try to bamg on the starter with a broom stick while someone turns the key to start. sometimes this will get the starter moving again. but not for long. starter replacement will be required.
If 12 volts is not present at the small wire when turning the key then you may suspect a blown fuse, fusible link, bad starter relay, neutral or clutch safety switch, or faulty ignition switch.
ive had that happen before and usally if you move the steering wheel a little or flip the key over and try again it usally works the steering lock sometimes dosent line up and the key wont turn
This Too Is A Starter Problem, If >>The Battery Terminals Are Clean <<And >>The Starter Terminals Are Clean and TIGHT <<,I Would Wait Till It Wont Start Again and SMACK THE STARTER 2-3 times with a HAMMER then Try Starting it. If It Starts then it is The Starter. I KNOW this seems A Little UNCONVENTIONAL BUT For 30 Years This Technique Has Diagnosed HUNDREDS of STARTER Problems for me.
Hmm, sounds like starter. Next time it will not start, don't hold the key for almost a minute. Try turning the key several times if no luck, grabb a hammer and LIGHTLY tap on starter. If it turns over normally then, starter is going out.
