1994 chevy conversion van G20 explorer limited 350 TBI... Sat for 3 yrs I changed all fluids, gas,fuel pump, sock and filter, cap, wires, rotor, ICM in the distributor, cleaned out injectors, then it started like it was brand new and idled really good for bout 15-20 mins then started to chock a little and died.... couldn't start it sence, it turns over and it has fuel but is not starting, the injectors don't fire when it turns over, but they do... Plz help outta ideas

Lost me there at"injectors don't fire, but they do" Anyway, the crank sensor/ECM is what controls injector fire. Could be corrosion at the injector,crank sensor, or ECM plug. Could be the injector/s died. Been a long time since I worked on a TBI. but the injectors can be checked with an ohm meter. I don't remember the numbers though. You can find the numbers on the internet.

My first thought would be a vacuum leak in one of the hoses. Rubber hoses get brittle with age and even a small crack in a hose may cause surging. Happened to me in a Lumina.

1/ Have you fitted the spark plug leads in the proper firing order.
2/ Look inside the top of distributor Top (this is not the first time a new distributer cap has very small crack) or the rotor arm is fitting the cap properly. Hope this helps Best Wishes, Malcolm Campbell.
