1996 doge caravan delphi pump. Well i direct feed the pump and no presure out of the new filter. I really think the pump is defective. This will be the third time changing it. All new pumps. In the morning im going to try it before the filter and see what happens im expecting the same result. Hopeing i get a gas bath realy then i know the pumps good. Any input will be apreciated

If the pump is not making a noise, check your electrical connections on the pump.
If the pump does make the normal sound to prime the system, you can check to see if the fuel lines are clogged before the filter. (This sounds similar to the step you are performing.)
There is a relay that supplies power to the pump. It can usually be interchanged with another relay on the engine bay fuse panel (in most cars that I have owned). That could be the issue.
