How do you take the plastic clips off to remove the pipes to change the fuel filter on a 2014 Ford Kuga 2 litre diesel auto

You need just push the clips into the filter line until the barbs on the inside are compressed and just pull the line from the filter. Push it all the way in till it stops at the flange of the clip. If that wont work you need to acquire the plastic tool to do so.

My 12 REG ford Kuga is have starting problems. The display shows, press clutch to start.

I would let Ford back that up. Since u brought to them already and your problem wasn't resolved speak to the service manager (as a paying consumer!) I've seen it a million times.

2014 Ford Kuga 2.0 Diesel has brief rpm flutter at 100km/ph

You're going to need to plug it into tester to sort this. Don't change things by guesswork

My ford kuga has no electrics and will not start nor does the central locking system work !! Have you any idea why?

First check the battery voltage with a multi meter the voltage should be around 12.53 v if it is lower then 12v the cars Bsi unit wont wake as the Canbus electronic system is power hungry.

If the Battery voltage is correct then check the main fuses under the engine compartment and then check the interior fuses for a possible blown fuse. As the main system function are not working then the cause will most certainly be a blown higher amp fuse 30 amp / 60 amp which protects the starting and charging circuits.

We own a 2014 ford edge..will not unlock with fob, key or driver side code.

See page 58 for key operation
No discussion on dead battery enter.

OK different model but at least one other ford car owner is confirming that car will not open with key dead battery.

I suggest using a little effort on the key. Do not break the key!!!.
In the following forum the owner indicated a different feel as if the mechanical lock was maybe interacting with the anti theft system!!

I O course make sure you have the right key!!! whi knows keys can get mixed up.

Dead Battery Door Locks Inoperative Ford Fusion Hybrid

If the battery is dead I might consider searcing under the car for the starter motor battery connection and charging the battery. Least risk.

Opening hood with jimmy tool is possible. I would find a similar Edge and practice with the hood jimmy tool with the hood open before I would tear up the finish trying to open the hood

With the VIN number in hand I might go back to dealer and confirm key!!!

Good Luck

2003 town and country brake problem

Did your mechanic use a DRB III or equivalent scanner before performing the bleeding procedure after installing the master cylinder? This is a requirement by the manufacturer (Chrysler) when bleeding the brake system.
