The fuse is not the problem there is no driver side fuse it is prob the connection where the wiring connects to the window up and down switch. You have to remove the door panel careful not to tear the sound deadener sheeting. You have to first remove the screws and pry the retaining clips with a special trim panel removal tool U can purchase from auto parts store, work slowly and carefully around the outer edge of the trim panel until its free. Then clean the connections between the wiring contacts. Reverse to reinstall door panel trim. Hope that Helps

Look up into the bumper and see if you can access the fog light. The bulb should just twist out of the back. If not, the assembly should either pop forward or back to come out. I've heard though, that many santa fe's require the removal of the entire front bumper fascia just to get to the bulbs in which case you'd have to remove your headlights to get to the screws holding the bumper fascia on
The procedures you list require the Hyundai Keyless Remote programming module, which you don't have. This module is proprietary - only Hyundai Dealerships have it. There is a 10 pin connector under the dash (next to the DLC - Data Link Connector) which is used to connect the Keyless Remote Programming Module. This module has two switch positions "Ready" and "SAVE". When the switch is place in the 'SAVE" position, that's when the keyless remotes are activated to send their 'codes' to the Electronic Time and Control System (ETACS). The module's switch is then set to "Ready" and the remote is tested to see if it works properly.
