The battery is good and brand new. If you open the hood and touch the red batter terminal with your hand, you can then restart the car. Once you do, the theft deterrent system lock indicator flashes on the dashboard indicator panels. At this point, there is no sound. No blinker sound, no nav sound, no radio. After you drive it to your next destination, shut it off, and start it again the next time, everything is fine. What's the deal with the theft deterrent system?

There are 2 fuse panels in the Denali.
One is a panel on the drivers side, its on the dash but facing the door.
The ohter is under the dash and above the pedals, this one is much tougher to access.
Your Owner's Manual should tell you where the fuses are that you need to access.

it has to do with your air ride suspension best bet is take it to the dealer there is probably a problem with a level sensor. hope this helps you

Did you try to replace the starter cable? is the Truck turning over or just clicking.? If it's turning over and not starting. Best guess would be one of two things. Knock sensors Located under intake manifold. they get wet and deteriorate or the fuel pump. I've replaced all three on mine. 233k still running strong...

Could be the latch mechanism for the door is sticking. You could try using some white grease on the latch and the contact where the latch hooks to. You can purchase the grease from most auto parts stores. You will not need to use alot. Just apply a small amount to the mechanisim and then work it in using the manual handle. Then open and close the door several times to feel the "action". Then apply a little more and repeat. This should loosen the latch and get it working again. Also make sure that none of the tension springs have come loose on the latch. And check the seal around the door and make sure it is not pinched and has a proper fit.
