The torque settings for a 1997 Audi A3 1.6 cylinder head:

1. Tightening sequence

2. Cylinder head instructions:
2.1. Renew bolts: Yes.

3. Tightening torques:
3.1. Stage 1 - Tighten: 40 Nm.
3.2. Stage 2 - Tighten: 90 degrees.
3.3. Stage 3 - Tighten: 90 degrees.

Automatic Audi A3 Cut off? Completely dead, wouldnt turn over
cranks fast or does not crank fast
it must crank to start so cranking is first see?
battery lugs ,rust free and tight? main bat.
no year car told. 1996 to 2012. (a3)
no engine told ,gas/petrol /diesel
engine stalled, (stalls have 50 causes)\
no cranks have 6. causes
not told what failed. (is starter motor silent) cranking/

I was given not volume manual for this car and cannot find them. I’m looking for the torque specs as required by Ford for my 2000 Lincoln LS V8 for brake caliper bolts, bracket bolts and lug nuts. Thanx
they don't really need to be torqued, they aren't going anywhere, they just need to be 'tight'.

Your torque spec is usually based off of lug diameter, if you have 19mm lug nuts then 75#ft should be sufficient.
