You have blown a head gasket and seized the motor. That's if it won't turn over. If it turns over you need a new head gasket.

SOURCE: 2000 Sunfire coolant problem. Engine overheating,

ok, its time for a radiator flush. there is major sludge in the internals of this radiator. Make sure the thermostat is in the correct position as well. I've seen many cars come into my shop with the thermostat inserted backwards.

I had put water in my radiator on my 2000 Crown

Water in the oil is very bad. Your engine has probably locked up. Replace it.

I hate got water in my engine on my 2000 Crown

stop trying to start up your car, it will create more damage to your engine. water may have seeped into the combustion area or may have rusted your internal engine (crank shaft) due to prolonged exposure to water. If the water damage occurred recently , bring in your car to the nearest service center, have engine checked for damage and an immediate engine oil change, this will resolve the problem.

When i pour water in my radiator, it runs straight out under the car

I would think that you have a hole in the bottom of the radiator or maybe a hole in the bottom hose... Look exactly where it is coming from... Also dont forget. if the motor is warm do not put water in it with out the motor running as this can crack the head of the motor and you will be up for a new motor

I put thermostat in my 94 crown Vic and it still running hot

Make sure the radiator and all hoses are not clogged to start out with. Simple check, look to see if there is water moving along at the top with the cap off. Leave the cap off, you'll need it off later. Look to see now if the fan has started to run. If it has not, there is your problem. Now, if your car has a white smokey exhaust, or you see bubbles in the radiator water/exhaust from the radiator, you might have a bit of a head gasket leak.

On my 1983 Crown Vic, the water disappears and I'm not sure where its going. new water pump, thermostat, ran great for 6 months after these were installed. not leaking, radiator was flushed out, new oil...

There is a chance the water it' been burn by the car . It's posible that a internal leak between the Intake manifold gasket or the head gasket going thruogh the combustion chamber.
A good idea will be to perform a radiator pressure test to determine that, also you can have your sparkplugs inspected for signs of an abnormal condition, sometimes they can tell you a lot.
