I have no fuel or spark .IT turn over fine. I have replaced the fuel pump .All fuses and relay are fine. I also have warning lights when i turn the key on. what do i check next.
Sounds like ur crank sensor there the only sensors that control both. before u go buy it try on the backside of engine shoukd be a plug with 3 wires it should ride rite at were egine connects to trany . but u didnt say what year make model or size engine were working with so.going wth average motor
Maybe if you give more complete history we can diagnose better for u.Miles on car.Have you been driving this car.Service history or lack of.What was going on prior to these problems did you work on car.
Have you changed the Ignition coil?
Try putting some fuel in. That should start your vehicle.
SOURCE: shuts off while driving. no fuel pressure. pcm fuse blows/ fuel pump relay inserted.
Sounds like the fuel pump is shorted.

firstly where is fuel pump relay as i have never seen a GMC jimmy sorry about that but have you ever seen a foden ?? well the first thing is to check the fuse,if fuse is ok which can be checked by looking at it as its transparent or a piece of wire with a light bulb .across the battery.to find the relay is easy if you dont know where it is,When this piece of americana decides to work just turn ignition on and listen for the click of relay ,then when it doesnt start listen for click again or rather an absence of a click, sounds more like a dodgy pump in the tank or the connections going to it.when it wont start try thumping the fuel tank with the ignition on and if it is a sticky pump you might hear it start then at least you will know where the fault is.Another fault that i have come across with relays is that where the relay is passing a heavy load then its possibe for the contacts to burn inside the relay. When this happens then if it is possible to seperate the relay cover and clean the contacts with a points file (remember them ) or a piece of fine emery paper if the cover breaks taking it apart then use a bit of black insulating tape to repair the cover.Thats assuming the pump is in the tank and not bolted to the chassis near the fuel tank but that design with external pump i havent seen on a europeon car for nearly 20yrs .

1999 Yukon Start Issue - I have replaced the octopuse, battery, fuel filter, fuel pump, still having problems starting in cold weather, sometimes after a heavy rain.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Your on the right track with the fuel pump test, chanses are its the pump thats went out. its best to have two people one to turn key and one to listen out side of car, the best way to hear if it runs. Now don't be fooled just because you hear the pump it can run and still not put out any pressure, thats ware the test comes in.

definitely could be something smaller. Like a relay....even a filter.
Few things to try:
Just turn the key to on, not start and see if you listening to the fuel tank if you can hear the pump going. If not, its either the pump or the relay.
Most of these trucks have another switch that kicks in after the enigine is started and runs the pump so you may be able to spray starting fluid in it while cranking it and get it to start. Then the other switch may kick in and run it. that will let you know if its the relay or what. Let me know what you find. I just replaced a relay on a 93 and it was only $8.....worth a try. Also, there will be a fuel pump fuse, probably close to the relay, could be that!
