I am looking for a mission statement for a parking company

now it will not start move lever back and forth in park or neutral no good ????? When you turn the key to the start position ,what happens ? Nothing ? I'am assuming this because of your statement about moving the gear selector from park to neutral . The first thing to do would be to look at wiring diagrams to see what all is involved in the starter electrical circuits . Then understanding how the electrical circuits work an then using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter to test the electrical circuits .

Click the search button then the blue link . Looking at the diagram I see the fuse that sends battery voltage to an through the park neutral switch to the starter relay . You can test for B+ voltage at pin 85 , if when in park you see B+ voltage there ,nothing is wrong with the park neutral switch. Pin 30 should also have battery voltage . Using a piece of 12 Gage wire , jump pin 30 & 87 , that is , where the relay plugs into in the fuse / relay box. If the starter an cables are good ,the starter will crank the engine over .

What a strange statement . I would expect the vehicle to go forward in all gears except park as that is when the transmission is not working and a gear is physically locked by a pawl in the box . I think you meant reverse in which case run the fault codes and look for a reverse solenoid / servo problem or a TCM fault.

I am not an expert but the trans mission make the car go so if it is not change gear when you are driving it its the transmission.

Look under the dash, on the brake pedal arm. There are one or two switches that activate brake lights and/or shift unlock. Check for loose mounting nut or a missing rubber nubber. Is the brake pedal coming all the way back up? Look on the floor for something not usually found there. These switches are adjustable and it may be as simple as adjusting them. Have a helper look for brake lights on and shift lever unlocked while you push and release the switches with your finger. Depress the brake pedal to get it out of the way. Remember to set the park brake first. Could just be a bad switch or loose connector. Check fuses and the bulbs. Is shifter fully in Park?

If all else fails, and your shifter is on the center console, you can disassemble the console to the point where you have access to the shifter mechanism and possibly remove the soleniod pin that is locking the shifter in park. Good luck!

the trans mission shifts up and down, park lights does not switch off

sounds like a rod or cable out of sync good place to look is under hoon on trans mission you might need to put on hoist!!! could be in sterring colum linkage??

I havent seen any es350s with a red warning when getting close to an object.

There is shift linkage on the outside of the trans mission. look at it to make sure that nothing is loose or nothing is blocking the movement of the linkage

Try to check the trans mission gears of your 1995 jeep grand cherokee.The shift fork and the clutch sleeve of the trans mission is locking to the other gears .And then also check the starter motor and its solenoid.if the starter motor solenoid is destroyed or worn out replace .

Your transmission fluid runs to the front of the car in different lines for cooling. you busted one of the lines. figure out what is broken by looking under car when running (in park with brake on), preferably while parked halfway on a curb for better visilbility. Fix the problem or have mechanic fix it. You shouldn't keep driving, without AT fluid, the car wont move...
