Daewoo matiz.l think the problem is a black canister on the bulk head.when i start the car petrol poors out the bottom of it.what is this or why does it

Hi, I am very concerned and baffled, are you sure that it is petrol that is coming out of the bottom of this container. If that is the case it is almost certainly ******* to drive and should be seen by a competent mechanic rather than attempting it yourself.
I searched around on the web and found no reports of any petrol leak underbonnet.

Peugeot 307 blowing hot air inside the car

Very nice job to repair this i can tell you ,drivers side towards the front is the manual control flap and the outer cable has come adrift from the support so the flap isnt closing although the control says it has ,so either seal the heater pipe with a pair of mulgrips or take to a peugeot dealer as this job although easy to a old fogey like myself is not for the faint hearted as if its broke the clip then its a dashboard out job ,another cause is the control unit the plastic is made from starch based deritivies and it decomposes very quickly breaking up and then the cable supports break first

Heater wont work on 97 honda accord replaced thermostat ran water through heater core and works wat else could it be

On top of the heater matrix is a flap and i suspect that this flap isnt lifting to allow the air through ,on this age car i suspect its a cable and the operating plastic wheel has broke or the outer cable has come adrift from its anchor point you will just have to follow your nose and have a look and as a temp thing wedge the flap open with something

Petrol filler flap stuck in locked position

Sounds like the solenoid is defective, but the petrol cap can be opened by opening the boot and putting your hand down the side of the back panel (petrol cap side). You should be able to feel the solenoid and on the back there is a lever that can be pulled out which will release the petrol cap latch.

How to open the bonnet of a Daewoo Matiz SE

Loo between both light in the long **** shape gap just below where the bonnet is. If you look to the right, you should see a black cable hanging down. If not the it has snapped away, but if you can. Here is what you can to to open the bonnet. Use a long pair of plires and gab the cable. When you have a good grip, pull the cable firmly to the right (passenger side light). This should open the bonnet. It has worked for me....
