My horn started blowing on my 2005 jeep liberty and wont stop, and now it wont start

That's the antitheft open drivers door window , with door closed put key in door and turn open to lock 3 times in a row and remove key

wiggle the horn on the colum if it stops then the spring on the horn pad has gone bad

Horn stuck on 2005 jeep where is fuse
I suggtes check the 2005-Jeep-KJ-Liberty-Service-Manual in page 702 and next for Electrical Wiring Diagrams (and Fuses) and specificaly 8W-41 HORN/CIGAR LIGHTER/POWER OUTLET (page 906).
