I had the saem problem, you should have a code that came with the manual its on a card and it will give you the password. If you dont have one take it to a honda/acura dealership
If you heard a click when you cranked it, that's usually a dead battery. But, you need to check the oil level. I've had 2 RSX's that jumped time because the oil level dropped too low.
The tensioner on the timing chain is hydraulically controlled, if the oil level drops the tensioner looses tension and the chain jumps time. Its an extensive and expensive repair.
