How do i fix the right side mirrow that will not return out to the orignal position after being turned in

If you are talking about the side mirrow they are for the electric motor that adjust the mirrow. Also most are heated and you need wires for that.

SILICON IT INTO POSITION AND THATS IT, THE LITTLE BEARING UNDER THE JOINT BROKE. IT BREAKS OVER TIME. OR REPLACE IT WITH A USED ONE FROM JUNKYARD

What type of vehicle are you talking about? And does the opposite side operate correctly? What are you referring to when you say stalk returns to off position? If you are talking about the directionals or turn signals of this vehicle as to when you make either a left or right turn and it not shutting off when the steering wheel is turned back after the turn has been made then you're dealing with a canceling function within the directional or multi-function switch.Not sure if this is what you're talking about when you are reffering to indicator flashing.

where in the drivers reach there is a button that u flip one way to do thleft side and flip the othere way for the right they are electric so there should be some arrows to guide u

call Toyota and ask thim you might need to get the vin# they should give you the info,,,also if you have CERTI FITT near where you live they are the cheepest place,,,,,,IF IT IS ONLY THE MIRROWER THAT IS BROKEN...you can pull the rest of the glass off the frame go to Autozone or Orileys they carry replacement mirrower's for about 12.oo to 18.oo

on some vehicles you can i am not sure about yours.

on the inside of the door take the pannel off and remove the three nuts on the back side of the mirror. the mirror will then just pull or fall off

open the door and u will c 3 srews.undo the screws and the mirrow will fall out.unplug the mirrow and u are done.

sounds like you blew a fuse, check all fuses, that should be your problem. good luck.
