This is a common problem with these clocks where the set buttons stop responding. The only fix is to replace the clock unless you want to do some detailed soldering to replace the micro-switches.

Answer 2 described my problem exactly, & solved it
in my 2006 Hyundai Elantra.
I had put the black "fuse puller" looking jumper in backwards.
Reversing it brot my radio, clock, dome lights & remote back to working.

the keyfob will not have to be reprogrammed.
only things to note when replacing the battery is that you will have to reset the clock and the radio presets. also, the Auto Down power window feature may have to be initialized.
check the fuse with a test light if the fuse is good check to see if there is power going to the clock, wires behind it. if there is power there than the clock is no good
