Could be just a glitch. The BCM controls the beep through the radio. Thats why you hear for the speaker/drivers side. There are three possibilities for the beep. Door ajar with the key in the ignition, turn signal on too long, and seat belt unbuckled with the car running. Check for lights in the dash. no door ajar light, no seatbelt light. That could be the problem.

Keyless entry wont program on my malibu 2000

1. Close the vehicle doors.
2. Turn OFF the ignition.
3. Remove the key from the ignition.
4. Press and hold the driver side door lock switch to UNLOCK position.
5. Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder and remove the key. (Do not turn the ignition key in the lock cylinder.)
6. Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder and remove the key. (Do not turn the ignition key in the lock cylinder.)
7. Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder. (Do not turn the ignition key in the lock cylinder.) Leave the ignition key in the ignition lock cylinder.
8. Release the door lock switch. The vehicle will sound three beeps in order to verify the Program Mode has been activated.
9. Press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons together on the keyless entry transmitter and hold until the vehicle beeps twice to verify that the transmitter has been successfully programmed (this take approximately 15 seconds).
10. Perform the previous step to program up to four transmitters (including your old ones). 11. Remove the ignition key in order to exit the Program Mode.

There is none. Sorry. It's GM design for that. You need to raise the vehicle on level ground and open the drain (located on the driver side and is accessible from underneath the vehicle)

Need a fuse diagram for fuses in 2000 malibu - currently seeking for gas gauge and headlights thanks!

under hood fuse box on drivers side of vehicle, there should be a number diagram on inside of cover.ight headlight is #50 and left headlight is # 51, they are mini fuses. fuel guage works off of sending unit in tank! if it does not work check sending unit or a bad gauge.

1. Close the vehicle doors.

Speed beep sound problem

I dont know why it would make that sound. I dont know the MPH to KMPH difference, but the car should not be able to go over 110MPH . The noise you are hearing is probably coming from a little solenoid below the glove box. I actually took mine off and put in a silicone, wich quietned it a whole lot. This was a long time ago, but I dont think there was a way to disconnect it, it had other uses.
