How do I fix the SRS light... The car has been sitting for a few year and only started up each month , now the SRS light is not working

srs means secondary restraint system. e.g air bags and things like that. when it stays on for a few seconds its because it is doing a systems check. if the light stays on all the time then there is a problem. hope i helped.

Hi, There is a connector on the bottom side of the seat belt buckle. remove the rear seat bottom and check to see if the connector is damaged or just disconnected. The srs light has to be cleared using a scan tool.
