Where is the engine number not code on a peugeot 406 2.0 hdi 2003

I need the engine serial number not the code for my peugeot 406 2.0 hdi 2003 vintage. Need it for DVLA form for import. Can anyone help please

It will be stamped on a flat surface of the engine , different makers use different positions, it will be below the head as its the engine block that is numbered just have to clean it off and have a good look around , usually on one of the sides , good searching, or contact Peugeot with the rest of the vehicle details

Remove the door pannel and spray releasing oil over the central locking solinoid.That should sort it for you good luck.

SOURCE: fuel preasure control fault code p1112

P1112 is for a problem with the fuel-rail pressure sensor CIRCUIT.
You need a new rail-pressure sensor and modded cable.

Injectors
Injectors from the same ccm engine are most probably sounds same but to be on the safe side check not only the shape but code on the top of injector too. Because they are piezo effect injectors and set by the manufacture for a specific pressure for specific engine codes.
