Which alarm ? Content theft or vehicle ? Is there a SECURITY light lit on the insturment cluster . On your key is there a PASSKEY 3 stamped .

the crank sensor has to send a signal to the computer to activate the fuel pump.if there is no rpm signal,the pump will not come on.
the alarm can disable the pump on some cars as well.
a defective fuel pressure switch can also shut down the pump.

i would most likely say that its disabled due to a bad wheel speed sensor,if the cars computer can not read all the wheels speed it will disable the abs/traction control and awd,u need a scanner to check for codes and check which wheel is not reading,,,i am a saturn tech and thats very likely the problem

The simplest cause of something of this nature is the remote battery is near dead. It can erroneously send the panic alarm signal instead of the arm/disarm or trunk access signal. If changing the battery on the remote does not solve your issue you will most likely need to have the dealer diagnose the alarm control unit.

Are you locking the car with the key fob? If so yo must unlock the car also with remote or alarm will sound when you unlock with key.Or someone may have set your system to passive arming.If this is the case you local saturn dealer will probally reset it back for you.Hope this helps
