SOURCE: Radio code for 95 Honda accord
You’ll have to get the audio system serial number and take it to a Honda dealer. They should be able to get that information for you. Since your local Honda dealer is being such jerks, you can go through Customer Service at American Honda Motor Co. They provide a service (at https://radio-navicode.honda.com/) to help retrieve Radio and Navigation codes (for free). Your phone number and ZIP code must match those on their file, so be sure to get that information updated before you start the retrieval process.

there is a ten millimeter bolt holding it in remove this then depending if you have a factory or afterrmarket replacement you may have to remove the three tourqe scews fom sensor and replace just the electrical portion of the swith and reuse the shaft. Be sure to lubricate the shafts oring before reinstalling and double check to makesure the sensor is seated before installing the ten millimeter bolt. this can some times be tricky because the gear on the sensor doesnt mesh eith the gear in the diff just rotate the sensor side to side if this happens until it bottoms out
