when you pull your fuse panel cover off it should be all stated what fuses are in what sockets.on back of the cover , or also in your manual.

in fact can go online and read there pages and docs,
all for free to read...... learn mode and all that.

There are many things that will cause a no start, you will need to check for spark and fuel pressure,

the easiest way might be to use a set of jump start leads & connect them to the new battery, then to the battery leads of the old battery before you disconnect them from the old battery,then remove the old battery & fit the new one being careful not to dislodge the jump leads then put the battery leads on the new battery.....hope this helps......cheers.

Test at idle this has a internal pressure regulator in the tank, the pressure at idle should be 55-62 psi at idle,how did you measure 95psi?The TL is plaqued with loose terminal connection on the crank sensor causing intermittent start up.Did you check that?Coolant temp sensor how about that one?it on top engine next to EGR check that for proper fitting. also proper coolant level.You check the map sensor? no vacuum leaks it has to have go vacuum signal .

Something triggers the alarm.
Might be complicated if you have factory and aftemarket alarm installed.

dont you have the alarm key fob? if so that will reset it. just press unlock. If you dont an dits not a OEM Acura alarm you will need to find who makes it and get a new key fob, or have a shop that does alarms to disconnect it.

try turning the key on then taking the +side off then turn key off and reconect+
