SOURCE: hesitates and is kinda jumpy when first pressing

Hi! You may have a faulty MAF (mass air flow) sensor. The MAF has big contribution on engine performance specially on the idling. Once replaced you'll be good. Hope this helps and have a good one!

Could be valve problems get a garage to check it out or to make sure get a two foot length of wood and hold it to the top of the engine against your ear while somebody is reving it up

2005 town & country won't re-start after shut down..

Check and see how much your alternate is putting out. Make sure that your battery cables are clean. Check the water in the battery. It sounds more like a connection problem than stater.

Engine Stall/Stumble after filling the gas tank

POSSIBLY. BUT MORE LIKELY TO BE A VAC LEAC TO THE EVAPROTIVE SYSTEM. CHECK ALL OF THE VENT TUBE UNDER THE VEHICLE, EXPECIALLY AT THE CHARCOAL CANISTER. REPLACE ANY BROKEN LINES AND THEN TRY AGAIN.
