Have you ever in your lifetime, gotten any vehicle
cost over the phone or on the internet,we are not
in the 1950's, when shops went to a book for a price,
then lost money doing the work at that price

That is not possible & never has been

No idea what country your in or what different
shops charge or what is involve to change it

No parts get replaced until they are tested & fail a test

May be nothing wrong with the starter

What if your had a price, then what, the job still has to be done
& you have to pay

i think that you might have either a bad head gasket or a cracked head, only way to tell is to remove the head and send it to a machine shop to get it magnafluxed.

After replacing the battery, the audio system is in operable without a code. but it wont allow me to enter numbers above 6, or anything else

hit it with a hammer ?¿? it might not have a number above six?? or you have to use the volume control or tuner or something. What i often do is to locate a main dealers then look for the nearest cafe to it and wait for some of the mechanics to come in for coffee and ask them .

Honda accord coupe 2003

Depends on how it's done. If you do it, it could be about $2500-$3000. you will have to pull all the necessary hardware, transmission, computer, wiring harness and other parts from a car that has a stick. And swap them over.
