Try to unhook the positive on your battery for couple minutes this helps to reset alot of things and most of the time the radio is one.

Just pull the radio fuse on the side of the dash (drivers side) for 30 seconds. This will restore the radio and MX screen function but my not fix the CD player. I have settled for using the radio. CD did not fix but no loading message.

SOURCE: 2001 Hyundai Elantra door locking problem

there is a short or a signal from the un-locking switch that is triggering your locks.

you have a switch manually to lock and un-lock your doors, the unlocking circuit is making contact.

you can try playing with your switch to un-short the switch or open it up ang check it.

SOURCE: location of oil filter on a 2008 hyundai elantra

It is located under the alternator. If you are looking down at the engine, it is to the far left. If you are under the car it is to the far right before the oil pan.

I HAVE A 2008 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. I HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN I WANTED TO REPLACE MY FACTORY RADIO. I ENDED UP TAKING APART MOST OF MY DASH TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE. I FOUND OUT THAT THE PIECE THAT GOES AROUND THE RADIO JUST SNAPS INTO PLACE. I USED A COUPLE OF FLAT HEAD SCREW DRIVERS TO PRY IT OFF. THAT IS IT. IT IS THAT EASY. THE WHOLE CAR JUST SNAPS TOGETHER. THE CAR IS CHEAPLY PUT TOGETHER.

Normally the Audio (Radio CODE) is noted in the owner's manual. If you don't have it, you must contact Hyundai Motor America and give them the Vehicle VIN number... they may then (possibly) be able to give you the CODE.

2008 Hyundai Elantra. CD is stuck in the player. Says "Loading'. Can't eject it. Radio works fine. But CD is hopelessly still loading and stuck. Is there a pin hole eject or an easy way to...

disconnect the 2 audio fuses and wiat 5 minutes with the ignition key off, insert both fuses, then turn the key on. if it doesnt eject, it probably has an internal defect and will need to be repaired.

The display on my radio (2008 hyundai elantra) constantly reads "loading" the radio will play but it still says "loading"

Open the fuse panel and take out the fuse for the radio. After about 30 seconds put it back in.

Need to replace the radio/cd player in my 2001 elantra

on the hyundai you will usaually see four small holes two either side of the radio unit itself. if you take 4 allen keys/hex keys and insert all at the same time making sure to keep them very straight the stereo unit shuld then be free to pull out. you will then find that it has a universal plug on the back of it and you should be able to plug and play with that. if wrong size/type of plug then buy a convertor from motor discount store.
