Check to see if you are using the proper fuse. If so, disconnect the starter solenoid and then try to start the vehicle. If the fuse does not blow, the starter solenoid (entire starter, actually) should be replaced.
Check for a little panel by your left knee if you sit in driver's seat. Fuses are behind that panel. Also there are more fuses and relays under the hood in a box by the battery usually mounted up high on the fender.
