Assuming you are talking about the dash cover... they just pop on/off except by the radio and ashtray there are a few bolts/screws

however, to actually remove the dash is a lot more detailed

Change bulb right rear turn signal on a 92 town car

Quoting from link:

https://itstillruns.com/replace-lights-lincoln-town-cars-7660993.html

Tail Lights, Stop Lights and Rear Turn Signal Lights

Turn the Town Car's engine off, and open the trunk. Remove the trunk retainer if your Town Car is equipped with one. Put on the gloves.
Pull the carpet away in order to access the tail lamp assembly. Remove the three nut-and-washer assemblies with a socket wrench.
Remove the desired bulb socket by turning it counterclockwise, and then pulling it straight out of the assembly. Pull the old bulb out of the socket, and install a new bulb. All three lights use 3457AK-type bulbs.
Place the socket back into the assembly, and reinstall the three nut-and-washer assemblies. Place the carpet back into the vehicle, reattach the trunk retainer if necessary, and close the trunk.

Easy one...93 Lincoln...need to know how to set the clock on the radio/cassette as well as the stations. Thanks in advance!

assuming this is the digital clock, you hit the clock button on the dash, followed by the reset button followed by the clock button. at this point, you should be able to hit the clock button to advance numbers, and the reset button to change the numbers you are setting. if its the analog clock, pull on the knob and turn it

I need to change the bulb in the analog clock in my 1999 Lincoln Towncar. How do I go about getting to it without tearing apart the dashboard?

you need a special tool to get the radio out. It has pins that spread out spring clips so the radio can pull out.

please rate as solved if this helps.
