My windsield wipers randomly turned on and will not turn off i was not even using them when it happened.

The module is built into the wiper motor. Replace the wiper motor. Corrosion gets in it and causes malfunctions.

Windshield Wiper Issues

Sounds like the relay (should be found with the fuses) for the wiper system is at fault. Either that or the wiring has shorted somewhere. Most likely a new relay is required.

Delay wipers don't work.

Try making sure the connection is good.
If it is then you should try replacing the wiper switch.

99 Yukon windshield wipers sometimes won t turn on and other time stop after working

We had the same problem and sometimes they wouldn't turn off. The intermittent wipers were random. We replaced the wiper motor. Be sure to get the motor with two balls on the wiper shaft (one for each wiper arm). If you can't find it, you'll have to change the part out on the new motor. Keep the wiper arms in the same location on removal, or it will jam and you'll have to start over.
