there are 3,, one in the engine compartment,, one on the passengers side inside the cab,, this one in my Buick is on the side wall under the carpet,, ( nice place to put it),, the third according to my manual is located under the back seat,, hope this can help You...
I don't know what ICM stands for but I was having exactly the same problem with my '95 Park Avenue and it turned out to be the main computer brain (the plain metal box tucked up under the dash on the passenger side). Sounds like you might very well be having the same issue.
