Sounds like an air conditioning issue if your only complaint is the fans not coming on when air conditioning is used. you need to have the a/c sys checked out to see if you have a leak or perhaps refrigerant may be low. sometimes you may have a compressor that no longer works so the system may not be building up pressure so the pressure switch does not cycle the fans.

SOURCE: cooling fan not working

The fans only run when the engine reaches approxminatly 235 degrees F. on the guage that is near the end of scale just before guage show "HOT" I don't think you have a problem, allot of folks out there don't know about this.

Hi, my best advise is to have your air check for freon leaks ,low freon causes the compresor cluth to stop working ,this can cause the air to blow hot .......

SOURCE: 2001 honda accord, air conditioner is not working,

one fan is for the a/c it will cycle on when the a/c is turned on the other fan should be linked to the temperature sensor. check your fuses if you haven't already. then check your temp sensor. i'm not sure on a honda but most newer cars have multiple sensors so you will have to find out which on is for the fan. also you need to find out if the fan is controled by a pcm as some new model cars have almost everything controled through the powertrain control module

SOURCE: No heat. Fan blows cold air.

I think u may have an air temperature control blend door problem, the door is moved by a small electric motor, it is stuck in the cold position.

Could a faulty IAT sensor on a Honda Accord LX 1997 cause over-hearting?

A faulty Intake Air Temperature sensor would not cause overheating. Have your cooling fans, fan relay, thermostat, and cooling fan switch checked. These are possible causes and are known to cause this problem on these models.

What does orange/yellow light indicator on recirculation button on dashboard of Honda Accord Sedan EX 2007 mean?

Means that the recirculation feature is ACTIVE. What this does is take the cabin cooled air, and re-cool it again, using very little fresh air from the outside, and allowing the air conditioner to work much cooler and efficient. Not advisable if you have a full load of passengers, and absolutely recommendable if you are going through long tunnels, or behind vehicles with visible tailpipe smoke. Keep me posted.

1995 honda accord ex auxiliary cooling fan not engaging

The accy fan you are refurring to is actually the a/c consensor fan.The only time that fan operates is with the cycling of the a/c system.Verify by turning a/c on ,fan should come on & off with a/c cycles..

Fan continues to run while car is off

Usually on most vehicles the coolant temperature sensor sends info to the ecm which then determines when to turn your fan on and off, when you turn the car off the fan may continue to run until the engine reaches a cooler temperature, if the front radiator grill is'nt getting proper air flow to cool the coolant down check the radiator grill for damage or debris build up, if the car has problems over heating check the entire cooling system.

I HAVE A 91 HONDA ACCORD WHICH HAS TWO ELEC FANS

Both fans cool the motor. If you have the air conditioner on both fans will run because the cars cooling system will have to disapate more heat. If you have the air conditioner off only one fan will run because the heat load on the engine isn't as great.
