SOURCE: unlock code for my 2006 Honda civic radio
I have an '06 Honda Civic. The most common places where the code is found is on the left side of the glove box, in the trunk somewhere along the gasket or underneath where the speakers are, under the fuse box panel, under the ashtray and sometimes under center console lid. I happen to find my in the left side of the glove compartment. The first five digits are the code and under that, you should see and 11 digit code which is your radio serial. So once you have the code if you haven't already, turn on the radio. It will ask you for the code and you punch it in using the number on the buttons you use to change your radio stations. As you punch in numbers "CODE" will start to fill in. Just like the asterisks used in passwords. If you punch it incorrectly, it will say "error 1" or something to that effect. Do not push anything else, just start over by punch in the first number of the code and then the rest. Be careful, if you attempt too many times, the radio will lock itself and you will need to leave the radio on for an hour for it to reset itself. When successful done, the radio will turn back on to the last station you were last on. Hope that helps.

If the code is not written on the radio casing or inside the glove compartment, in/under the ashtray, behind the sun visor (or similar “hidden” place inside your car ) then the majority of HONDA codes may be available here
https://radio-navicode.honda.com
You will require the car VIN number and Radio serial Number
If they cannot provide your code then you will have to try your HONDA Main Dealer .....or a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM)
